How do i add a supplier to my account?
If your supplier is not showing up in your account, you can ask them to import/add your email to their dashboard. Once done, you'll recieve a unique link via email which will add them as a supplier to your account.
Can i cancel an order?
Once an order has been created, only your supplier can modify/remove the order. Contact your supplier and advise them of the order number.
How can i reset my password?
You can reset your password by navigation to customer.orderfresh.com.au and then clicking on the forgot password link located below the login button. You will recieve an email with a link to reset/enter a new password.
