Yes. You can continue taking orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp while transitioning. Orders received outside OrderFresh can be manually created in the platform, giving you a complete view of all orders.
Can I edit or cancel an order after a customer has placed it?

How do order cut-off times work?

Yes. If multiple suppliers use OrderFresh, each supplier will be visible in your account once they've added your email. You can manage all your orders from one login.
How do I place an order?
Log in, browse your supplier's product catalogue, select items and quantities, and submit your order before the cut-off time.
Can I reorder from a previous order?
Yes. You can pre-populate a new order from your order history, making repeat orders quick and easy.
What happens if I miss the order cut-off time?
If you miss the cut-off time, you'll need to contact your supplier directly to arrange your order.
Can I place orders from my phone?
